Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agentic SEO ("the Service"), operated at myagenticseo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agentic SEO ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use the Service, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your Google account information (name, email, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Each person may maintain only one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account or session with others.

Agentic SEO is a services-led offering, not a self-serve subscription product. There are no public plans, prices, or credit-card checkout. Access depends on where you are in the process:

• Free SEO report — When you sign in with Google and connect Google Search Console, the agent generates a full professional SEO report on your real data at no cost. This includes light, chat-based access so you can ask questions about your report.
• Ongoing engagement — If you choose to have the agent run your SEO continuously, you book a call and we agree on a service engagement (a retainer) directly. The scope, fees, payment terms, and any integrations (such as connecting your CRM) are set out in that agreement, not on this website.

The free report is provided as-is for evaluation. We may adjust how much work the agent performs at the free stage to keep the service sustainable. Fees and terms for any ongoing engagement are governed by the separate agreement you enter into with us, which takes precedence over this section for billing matters.

Because there is no self-serve subscription, there is nothing to cancel for the free report — you can simply stop using it or delete your account at any time.

For an ongoing service engagement, the notice period, wind-down, and any refund or pro-ration terms are governed by the separate agreement you signed with us. If you have a question about an engagement or believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@myagenticseo.com.

If your engagement ends, your data and projects are handled as described in Sections 8 and 13. You may lose access to the continuous agent and its higher limits, but you retain ownership of your data and any content already produced.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO analysis, content briefs, articles, and recommendations. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publication.
• We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, quality, or SEO effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use or publication of AI-generated content.
• The AI agent may autonomously create, update, and manage task records in your account based on its analysis of your site and search data. These tasks represent the agent's recommendations and should be reviewed before acting on them.

Your data: You retain full ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your GSC data, project configurations, writing samples, and content you create or upload.

AI-generated outputs: You own the AI-generated content produced through your use of the Service (articles, briefs, recommendations). You may use this content for any lawful purpose.

Our platform: We retain all rights to the Agentic SEO platform, including its code, design, features, and branding. The platform is proprietary software provided solely as a hosted service; no self-hosting rights or source-code license are granted.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your data or account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to manipulate search engines in ways that violate Google's guidelines.
• Crawl websites you do not own or have permission to crawl.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions through technical means.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or managed AI keys.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity or to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Overwhelm or abuse the Service infrastructure with automated or excessive requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Service integrates with Google Search Console (GSC) to provide SEO analysis. Regarding this integration:

• We access GSC data in read-only mode. We cannot modify your GSC settings or submit data to Google on your behalf.
• You can revoke our access to your GSC data at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.
• Agentic SEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Search Console is a trademark of Google LLC.
• Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Google — Authentication (OAuth) and Search Console data access.
• OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic — AI model providers for content generation.
• Webflow — Optional publishing integration for generated articles.
• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
• DataForSEO — SERP analysis, keyword research, and competitor discovery.
• Resend — Transactional and product update email delivery.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services. Service disruptions from third-party providers may affect your ability to use certain features.

The Service includes a website crawling feature for SEO analysis. You are responsible for:

• Only crawling websites you own or have explicit permission to crawl.
• Ensuring your crawling activity complies with the target website's robots.txt and terms of service.
• Respecting any crawl page limits that apply to your level of access.

We are not liable for any issues arising from your crawling of third-party websites.

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis.

• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
• Third-party service outages (AI providers, Supabase) may impact functionality.
• We do not offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or guaranteed uptime percentages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any losses caused by AI-generated content, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@myagenticseo.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or breach the terms of a service engagement.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to request an export. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Sections regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
