Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agentic SEO ("the Service"), operated at myagenticseo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agentic SEO ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use the Service, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your Google account information (name, email, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Each person may maintain only one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account or session with others.

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Starter (Free) — 1 project, limited monthly messages, 25 crawl pages. Chat-based analysis with all 11 agent tools.
• Pro ($29/month) — 5 projects, extended monthly messages, 100 crawl pages. Includes weekly automated monitoring, email reports, and auto-reevaluation loop.
• Agency ($79/month) — 25 projects, maximum monthly messages, 500 crawl pages. Includes everything in Pro, scaled for teams and multi-client management.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current price until the next renewal after the notice period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Starter (free) tier.
• Your data and projects will be preserved, but you may lose access to features and projects exceeding Starter tier limits.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@myagenticseo.com.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO analysis, content briefs, articles, and recommendations. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publication.
• We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, quality, or SEO effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use or publication of AI-generated content.
• The AI agent may autonomously create, update, and manage task records in your account based on its analysis of your site and search data. These tasks represent the agent's recommendations and should be reviewed before acting on them.

Your data: You retain full ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your GSC data, project configurations, writing samples, and content you create or upload.

AI-generated outputs: You own the AI-generated content produced through your use of the Service (articles, briefs, recommendations). You may use this content for any lawful purpose.

Our platform: We retain all rights to the Agentic SEO platform, including its code, design, features, and branding. The platform is licensed under AGPL-3.0 for self-hosting purposes.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your data or account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to manipulate search engines in ways that violate Google's guidelines.
• Crawl websites you do not own or have permission to crawl.
• Circumvent tier limits, rate limits, or usage restrictions through technical means.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or managed AI keys.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity or to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the hosted service (note: source code is available under AGPL-3.0).
• Overwhelm or abuse the Service infrastructure with automated or excessive requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Service integrates with Google Search Console (GSC) to provide SEO analysis. Regarding this integration:

• We access GSC data in read-only mode. We cannot modify your GSC settings or submit data to Google on your behalf.
• You can revoke our access to your GSC data at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.
• Agentic SEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google Search Console is a trademark of Google LLC.
• Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Google — Authentication (OAuth) and Search Console data access.
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic — AI model providers for content generation.
• Webflow — Optional publishing integration for generated articles.
• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
• DataForSEO — SERP analysis, keyword research, and competitor discovery.
• Resend — Transactional and product update email delivery.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services. Service disruptions from third-party providers may affect your ability to use certain features.

The Service includes a website crawling feature for SEO analysis. You are responsible for:

• Only crawling websites you own or have explicit permission to crawl.
• Ensuring your crawling activity complies with the target website's robots.txt and terms of service.
• Respecting crawl page limits based on your subscription tier (Starter: 25 pages, Pro: 100 pages, Agency: 500 pages).

We are not liable for any issues arising from your crawling of third-party websites.

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis.

• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
• Third-party service outages (AI providers, Supabase, Stripe) may impact functionality.
• We do not offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or guaranteed uptime percentages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any losses caused by AI-generated content, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@myagenticseo.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a subscribed tier.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to request an export. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Sections regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
