Multi-Project Workflow

Manage multiple websites from a single Agentic SEO account. Each project gets its own GSC data, crawled pages, writing style, and conversation history.

How Projects Work

Each project in Agentic SEO maps to one website. When you chat with the agent, it works in the context of your active project — querying that site's GSC data, crawled pages, and writing style.

Projects use human-readable slugs (like my-blog-com) so they're easy to identify. You can have one active project at a time in the chat — switch between them from the project selector.

How Many Projects

How many sites you can run depends on your access level. For your free report, you connect the one site you want the agent to diagnose. Once you are an onboarded client, the agent runs every site you bring it — ideal for portfolios and agencies managing client sites.

Creating a Project

  1. Go to Settings → Projects or click New Project
  2. Enter your site URL (e.g., https://example.com)
  3. Give it a name for easy identification
  4. The project becomes your active project automatically
  5. Connect GSC and run a crawl to populate it with data
Note

If you try to create a project for a URL that already exists in your account, Agentic SEO will switch to the existing project instead of creating a duplicate.

Switching Between Projects

Use the project selector dropdown to switch your active project. When you switch, the agent immediately has access to that project's GSC data, crawled pages, writing style, and conversation history.

Conversation history is per-project — switching projects loads that project's chat history, so you can pick up where you left off.

Project Data Isolation

Each project has completely isolated data:

  • GSC data — search queries, pages, and trends for that site only
  • Crawled pages — site content from that domain
  • Writing style — brand voice analysis specific to that site
  • Chat history — conversation history for that project
  • Webflow connection — CMS integration for that project

This isolation means advice and data for one site never leaks into another — every recommendation the Agentic SEO agent makes is scoped to the active project.

Agency Workflows

If you manage client sites, the multi-project setup in Agentic SEO gives you a clean separation between clients. Each client site is a separate project with its own data, and the agent runs each one independently — diagnosing, prioritizing, and executing per client.

Run this for each client project to get a quick status overview. The agent only sees the active project's data.

Tip

As a client running multiple sites, create one project per client site. Connect GSC, crawl each site, and set up writing styles per client. The agent then runs SEO for every client in its own isolated context — just switch projects.
