Usage & Limits
Understand how access works in Agentic SEO — what a prospect gets with the free report, what a client gets with the full continuous agent, and how to keep usage efficient.
Where to See Your Usage
Your usage view is available at Settings → Usage. It shows your access level, current usage totals, project count, crawl coverage, and a 7-day activity chart so you can see how much work the agent has done.
The 7-day chart breaks down daily agent activity so you can see when the agent ran diagnoses, crawls, or analysis at a glance.
Access Levels
There are no plans to choose and no prices to compare. Access is determined by where you are in the engagement, and each level has independent limits: agent usage, project count, and per-site crawl pages.
| Limit | Prospect (free report) | Client (continuous agent) |
|---|---|---|
| Agent usage | One full report plus light chat on your data | Continuous, runs your SEO end to end at top limits |
| Projects | The one site you connect | All your sites |
| Crawl pages | Enough to ground your report | Full-site coverage |
| CRM integration | Not yet — promised at onboarding | Connected to your CRM, captured at onboarding |
A prospect is anyone signed in with Google who has connected Search Console. You get one full professional report generated on your real data, plus light chat to explore it — free, ending in a call. A client is a prospect onboarded onto a retainer after talking to the founder: the agent then runs your SEO continuously at top limits.
How Usage Is Metered
The agent does real work on your real data — every GSC query, crawl read, diagnosis, brief, and reply runs through the managed key. The usage view rolls all of that up so you can see how much the agent has done across a given period.
Crawling and GSC sync are data operations, not agent reasoning — they populate the database so the agent has context to work from. Heavy reasoning happens when the agent diagnoses, prioritizes, and writes.
Limits Reset Monthly
Usage limits are monthly, not daily. The agent can do a lot of work on a heavy week and less on a quiet one. Usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month at midnight UTC. Unused capacity does not roll over.
Project and crawl limits are standing caps, not monthly. Your project count reflects currently existing projects, and crawl pages are the max indexed per site.
Reaching a Limit
Limits are enforced at the point of use, with no overages.
- Prospect chat — after your free report and light chat, the agent prompts you to book a call to keep going.
- Agent usage (client) — when the monthly limit is reached, the agent pauses new work until the 1st. Talk to the founder if you need more headroom.
- Project cap — adding a project beyond your level returns an error with guidance on next steps.
- Crawl page cap — the crawler stops at your per-site limit. Page count is shown in the site context panel.
If you are a prospect ready for the agent to run your SEO continuously, the next step is to book a call. Onboarding lifts every limit and connects your CRM.
Keeping Usage Efficient
- Crawl before you chat. Crawling stores pages in the database with no agent reasoning cost. Run a full crawl first, then let the agent analyze.
- Sync GSC data first. GSC sync is a data operation. Fresh data in the database means the agent spends its work on analysis, not fetching.
- Be specific. Targeted prompts like “which pages dropped in clicks last 28 days?” let the agent move faster than “analyze my whole site.”
- Batch related questions. Ask follow-ups in the same conversation so the agent reuses context.
